NBC News: Hundreds of thousands have gathered on the banks of the Thames to watch Queen Elizabeth II in a barge decorated with flowers, with her closest family at her side. The event celebrates the Queen’s 60-year reign. Organizers say the river pageant is the largest of its kind in 350 years.
